El Gobierno de la Ciudad de Méco, a travéde su Secretaríde Educació de su Programa Prepa Síem>, convocará investigadores,estudiantes,profesores, directivos y funcionarios de Educacióedia Superior y Superior y en general a personas interesadas en ese áito acadéco, a participar en los espacios de intercambio y reflexióue se abrirádel 14 al 18 de noviembre en el Tercer Congreso Internacional de Educacióedia Superior y Superior “Construyendo sociedades del conocimiento para un futuro sustentable” (CEMSS2010).

The Government of Mexico City, through its Department of Education and its Prepa Síem> Programme, is pleased to invite researchers, teachers, students, administrators and officials of upper-secondary and higher education and in general people interested in that academic realm to participate in the Third International Congress on Upper-secondary and Higher Education “building knowledge societies for a sustainable future” (CEMSS2010), to be held on November 14-18 in Mexico City.

El Congreso pretende analizar la incorporació permanencia de los jóes en los niveles de enseña Media Superior y Superior. Al mismo tiempo, busca estimular la discusióe mecanismos para fomentar la educacióe calidad y la equidad educativa, ademáde compartir experiencias en el entendimiento y la promocióe la cultura ciudadana. Tambiése discutiráobre el uso e impacto de las nuevas tecnologí de la informació las comunicaciones entre los jóes estudiantes, así como la internacionalizacióe la educació el arte, la cultura y el deporte en la formacióe la juventud del futuro. Este tercer Congreso permitiráasíismo, reflexionar sobre la educació la construccióe sociedades del conocimiento para un futuro sustentable.

The Congress aims at providing a forum for the exchange of knowledge, experiences and ideas on the design, operation, evaluation and perspectives of upper-secondary and higher education. At the same time, it seeks to motivate discussions on the mechanisms that promote quality and equity in education as well as to share insights into the promotion of civic culture. It also intends to encourage a debate on the impact that information and communication technologies have on students and (the process of) learning as well as on the internationalization of education and the importance and role of arts, culture, and sports in the youth’s social, academic and intellectual development. This Congress will also reflect on education and the construction of knowledge societies for a sustainable future.
