Dear APS Member:

Because the April Meeting 2012 is earlier this year, the registration 
and housing deadlines are also earlier. Please plan accordingly and 
register to attend the April Meeting and make your own hotel 
arrangements by the deadlines given below.

- - - - > EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2012

Save yourself or your organization some money and register by the 
early deadline. After February 16, registration fees will increase.

- - - - > HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, MARCH 2, 2012

Do NOT delay. Make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
