Progress in Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS) provides an international forum for reporting progress and recent advances in the modern development of electromagnetic theory and its new and exciting applications since 1989. Topics include radiation, propagation, diffraction, scattering, guidance, resonance, power, energy and force issues, and all other modern developments, with spectra ranging from statics to RF, microwave, photonics, and beyond.
Moscow is the capital of Russia and the largest city in Europe. Having played a central role in the development of the Russian state and its history, Moscow was the capital of the former Soviet Union and continues to pave the way as Muscovites move into the 21st century. An 860 year-old city, Moscow has many reminders of its imperial and Soviet past. It is a sprawling city with numerous museums, Soviet-era monoliths and post-Soviet kitsch.
Full-length paper is not required by PIERS. However, accepted and registered full-length papers will be included in PIERS Proceedings and online accessed after the conference.
Upcoming & Recent PIERS:

Founded by Professor Jin Au Kong and sponsored by The Electromagnetics Academy, PIERS provides an international forum for reporting progress and recent advances in the modern development of electromagnetic theory and its new and exciting applications starting 1989. Induction to Membership in The Electromagnetics Academy is an honor in recognition of scholarly achievements and distinguished educational and professional services. The membership directory of the Academy is Who's Who in Electromagnetics. Active members are accorded the status FEMA (Fellow of the ElectroMagnetics Academy).
PIERS participant is strongly suggested to update the biography after login PIERS website. Scientists who have participated PIERS over 3 times will be annually evaluated.
Besides PIERS, The Electromagnetics Academy has a wide range of publications,
Editor in Chief: Professor Weng Cho CHEW
